Welcome to Realm. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Realm app. By downloading and using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Beta Phase & Data
Realm is currently in its public beta phase. The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Bugs & Crashes: You may encounter bugs, glitches, or performance issues during the beta phase.
Data Resets: While we do our best to protect your practice history, updates during the beta phase may require us to delete or reset user data. Please do not use this app as the sole backup for critical notes or routines.
Beta Accounts: We reserve the right to wipe beta accounts when transitioning from the beta phase to the official release.
3. Cost and Future Pricing
Participation in the Realm beta is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce a paid subscription model when the app officially launches. You will be informed before any pricing changes take effect.
4. Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years of age to use Realm. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Your Feedback and Ideas
If you choose to send us feedback, feature requests, or bug reports, you agree that we are free to use those ideas to improve Realm without any obligation, credit, or compensation to you.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete any user account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realm and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the app. You use the app entirely at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
