Welcome to Realm. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Realm app. By downloading and using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Data & Updates
Realm is designed to work offline, and your practice data is stored
both locally on your device and synced to our secure cloud database,
so it isn't solely dependent on an internet connection.
While we take reasonable care to protect your data across app
updates, we cannot guarantee against data loss in all circumstances
(for example, due to technical issues or device problems). We
recommend not relying on Realm as your only record of critical notes.
3. Cost and Future Pricing
Realm is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce a
paid subscription model in the future. You will be informed before
any pricing changes take effect.
4. Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years of age to use Realm. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Your Feedback and Ideas
If you choose to send us feedback, feature requests, or bug reports, you agree that we are free to use those ideas to improve Realm without any obligation, credit, or compensation to you.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete any user account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realm and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the app. You use the app entirely at your own risk.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
